Soundproof and neat rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and glassware. Large, delicious breakfasts with a marvelous view and fresh orange juice and an omelette. Early check-in, generally excellent service.

the hotel's location was marvellous near the mountain. and it's not very far from lucky bull meat&asia, ate there once or twice. i was offered a room with pleasant views on the mountains. the room had a nice design.

Staff at the restaurant 2 points with 5. In 5 years, the first time saw such an attitude and service, or rather its absence.

Perfect spot for a couple's getaway

This hotel had everything we needed for a romantic weekend. I loved lounging on the outdoor terrace with a fine mountain view- it was a perfect spot for sunbathing after our long hikes.

It wasn't exactly cheap but definitely worth it.

I stayed in a superior room with a balcony for 8 nights. The location is perfect, right by the slopes for convenient skiing. The room was spacious and clean, although the pillows felt old and didn't provide comfort at night. Housekeeping did a decent job, but after a couple of days, they stopped making the bed properly. The breakfast selection was excellent. There were plenty of options, including local Carpathian dishes which I loved. The staff was responsive most of the time, but there were moments when communication barriers with some staff made things tricky. I had some trouble with the TV in my room. I called the reception for help but it never got fixed. The fireplace in the common area was a nice touch, especially after a long day skiing. The spa facilities were decent, but the pool could have been warmer. One noticeable downside was the noise from an event that prevented a peaceful evening after a day outdoors. Despite these issues, I found my stay enjoyable overall, especially due to the hotel's great location and breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent, showcasing a range of delicious options like sourdough bread and fresh croissants. While the ski-room was well-equipped, it could get crowded during peak hours was nice. Some amenities, like the gym, felt limited in space. Despite these minor inconveniences, the attentive service from the staff was great.

Perfect for Skiing Families

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the ski-in/ski-out access, made hitting the slopes so easy with the kids. The spacious Junior Suite offered fine mountain views and was well-equipped for our family's needs. The breakfast spread was excellent, with local delicacies and freshly made pastries. The room service could use some improvement, as some orders were incorrect.
